Anyway, I digress, the customer reported a DesignJet Error Code 22:1.10. Failure of the right-hand module in the Ink supply Station (ISS). Whilst not a common problem it is one that occurs from time to time. The resolution to this is quite simple, a replacement ISS is required. These are standard parts that are kept in every engineer’s “car spares kit”.
Although, as previously stated it’s a simple fix, the plotter had been well used. The customer certainly made it earn its keep and was in severe need of some serious Tender Loving Care (TLC). – A service was needed.

By following our company procedure, the ISS was replaced and recalibrated. And a full service and clean carried out. The DesignJet T795 was now back up and running ready for the customer to fully test to their satisfaction.
After this was accomplished, the machine was signed back over to them to once again “get it earning its keep”.
